Effectiveness of the academic half-day for teaching DBP

Study Description: This is a redesign of the DBP Resident Rotation curriculum. We will transition from multiple one-hour tutorials to the implementation of two academic half-days to teach the most salient DBP topics. Our aim is to explore the effectiveness of the curriculum in improving pediatric resident's comfort, confidence, knowledge and skills related to the curricular content which is focused on the identification and management of common DBP-related concerns/conditions.
