Patrick Hare, MS
Patrick Hare is a member of the Clinic Administration, assigned in 2017 as Practice Manager of the Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics team. His 20+ years of financial and operations experience is essential to support this program’s growing needs. His interests are organizational development, team building and lean methodologies.
Sandy Mendel, BS, CPA
Sandy worked with an international public accounting firm for 10 years, serving clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, financial services and non profit. She also spent 10 years in the technology sector in financial, process improvement and customer advocacy roles. She has been with Stanford for 8 years, starting in Radiation Oncology before joining Pediatrics.
Finance and Grant Management Specialist
Laura von Kampen, MS
Jannah Chavez has worked for Stanford Children's Hospital since 2007. She has worked for a variety of pediatric specialties including Surgical Sub-specialties, Neurology, Neurosurgery, General Surgery and Pain Management in the Neuroscience Department. During her tenure, she has discovered her passion through her own experience in the High Risk Infant Follow-up Program and Autism Spectrum Disorder Program through Kaiser. She applies her personal experience and knowledge to provide world-class, passionate care to the community. She is trilingual in English, Tagalog and Spanish.
Crystal Escalante is an Intake Coordinator for Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics and has been with the department since 2015. She has over 10 years of experience working for children with mental health issues and serious emotional disorders. She also has 7 years of management experience in both medical and non-clinical roles. Her skill set has been a value in assisting the clinical team for Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics.
Xiomara Gervacio came on board with the Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics team as an intake coordinator in February 2016 and since then has taken the lead in facilitating our Middle Childhood program. Her experience as a certified medical assistant and administrative support is an asset to the team. She is bilingual and has been exceptional in serving our Spanish speaking families.
Coral Oropeza has worked for Stanford Children's Hospital since 2007 in the Neuroscience Department. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and provides excellent customer service. Coral focuses on coordinating services for children in the High Risk Infant Follow-up program.
Lifdy (who goes by Lily) Villegas joined the Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics team in 2018. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and focuses on facilitating our Young Childhood program.
